(More customer reviews)Lee has provided us with a wonderful psychological review of the characters in Harry Potter series as well as a review of how interactions between the characters come about. She also provides us considerable insight into how mystery writers are able to keep our interest by providing successive tidbits of information, some accurate and some misleading pulling us along with the story. Lee calls the misleading ones red herrings.
She closes the book with a chapter critiquing the Harry Potter movies. She dislikes many of the scenes where the movies diverged from the books.
The book is written with a high level of humor, making it easy to read. It is well worth reading by any Harry Potter fan.
